Student Information for Scholarship Application
Carrollton Women’s Club 2025 – 2026
Each year the Carrollton Women’s Club awards scholarships to deserving young women who live in the City of Carrollton. Although we cannot yet commit to this year’s scholarship award, in past years we have been able to award multiple scholarships valued at up to $3,000. The scholarship funds may be used for tuition, campus housing, university fees or textbooks.
Eligibility requirements include:
- Must be a female City of Carrollton resident graduating from high school
- Must be in the top 25% of her graduating class (or have extenuating circumstances)
- Must include SAT or ACT score on the application if available
- Must have family income of less than $100,000 annually (or have extenuating circumstances)
- Should demonstrate involvement in school or community organizations and participation in community service projects or other volunteer work
Applications must be submitted by January 23, 2026 and include all of the following:
- CWC Scholarship Application form completed accurately and in full
- A recent transcript showing GPA and class rank
- A letter/essay written by the applicant describing your education goals and how this scholarship will assist you. Please explain any special circumstances concerning you or your family situation and share any other information you would like us to know.
- Two Letters of Recommendation
- A resume (if available)

Submit the completed application with all the required additional documents to the Scholarship Liaison at your campus no later than January 23, 2026.
We have Scholarship Teams working closely with Creekview High School, Early College High School, Newman Smith High School, Ranchview High School, R.L. Turner High School, Mary Grimes Education Center, Harmony Public School (Carrollton), Texans Can Academy, Hebron High School (LISD) and W.T. White High School (DISD). Thus, if you attend one of these schools and are a Carrollton resident, please contact your counselor or scholarship coordinator to help you in the process.
Scholarship recipients will be selected based on the application documents submitted and an in-person interview.
Recipients selected to receive a scholarship will be notified by late April.
