CWC Board Meeting
Thursday, March 1st, 2018, 10am to 12pm
The CWC Board Meeting meets at Grace Lutheran Church (no affiliation), 1200 E Hebron Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010 at 10 a.m. All members are welcome at board meetings.
Canasta
Thursday, March 1st, 2018, 12pm at IHOP
Hand-and-Foot Canasta. Come at noon. We meet at IHOP (in the private room to the right), 2625 Old Denton Rd (just north of Bush Turnpike). All are welcome, even if you don't know how to play! We eat lunch and play until around 2:30 or so.

Stitchin' Time
Wednesday, March 7th, 2018, 10am
Meets at The Old Craft Store, downtown Carrollton at 10 a.m. The group then goes to lunch nearby. After lunch, those who want to are welcome back at The Old Craft Store until 3 p.m. to work on projects of your choice.

Field Trip... PLEASE MEET AT... Grace Lutheran Church
Doors open at 9:30
Meeting starts at 10:00 to receive your ticket for the trip and get into groups to carpool. We will need drivers.
Leave at 10:15 for...
North Haven Gardens, 7700 Northaven Rd, Dallas, TX 75230
Arrive in small groups about 11:00.
Proceed to the Classroom of North Haven Gardens and be seated by 11:15.
This is a Learn at Lunch Session...“Cooking with Herbs from the Garden”
Presented by Educational, Outreach Director of North Haven Gardens, Rusty E. Allen
Following we will have a “Box Lunch” on site with the selection of your choice.
We will have a “Tour of the Garden Center” and have ‘Time to Shop”.
Tickets are a great buy at $15.00 for the March Field Trip and include everything listed above.
Tickets will be sold on two days only. Sign up and pay on February 8th before or after the CWC Meeting.and on February 9th at the Garden Club Meeting. If you would like to send a check early please make it out to Carrollton Women’s Club and note Garden Club March Field Trip in the memo line. The addresses is below, Checks must be received by FEBRUARY 7th. Please be sure to put your phone number on the check. We will contact you with menu options. Sorry no refunds.

We go to the movies the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The decisions as to which movie, and location/time are not made until a few days prior. Usually it is the 1st movie time of the morning, and we lunch afterwards.
