The next volunteer opportunity will be held at Grace Lutheran Church on Thursday, August 1st at 9:30 a.m. We will be attaching nickels to postcards to give to the Nickel from Nicole non-profit to be used for their school year driving safety programs.
Please register at the Summer Luncheon or contact Tammy Kirkman to secure a spot. There will be a maximum of 40 attendees.
Nickel from Nicole is a 501(c)3 non-profit, born out of tragedy, whose mission is to promote safe driving awareness to new teenage drivers, and the parents of. Nicole's tragic death is a wake up call, and reminder to all, of the fatal consequences that can result from a driver's reckless behavior behind the wheel of a vehicle.
